Wrapped up this Versa-Lok retaining wall, replacing an old timber wall that was falling apart. We’ll be back in a couple weeks to lay sod once the fence contractor finishes up.

We were able to wrap this one up just in time for the customer to enjoy their new backyard for the 4th of July! 🇺🇸

We tore out an old rotting deck and fence and replaced it with a brand new concrete patio. Because of the electric line running from the meter to the house and a window well that was hidden under the old deck, we pivoted away from poured steps and instead built tiered composite steps that match the concrete perfectly. We also regraded nearly 10,000 sq ft of lawn to fix drainage issues and give them a yard they’ll enjoy for years to come.

We installed downspout extensions with cleanouts and popup emitters to move water away from the house and porch, protecting the foundation and keeping the area dry.

We also cut in a clean bed edge so the homeowner can come back through and mulch at their pace.

This front bed in Bellbrook needed a reset, so we designed a fresh layout, pulled out the overgrown shrubs, regraded the area, reshaped the beds, and gave it a clean look with new plants and mulch.
