The company was started in 1993 by owner Chris Keeslar and incorporated in the year 2003 when we grew to more than 10 employees. We design and install landscaping from water conserving irrigation systems including smart technology and weather stations, low voltage lighting systems including LED, ponds, water features and pumps, patio pavers, retaining walls, drainage systems, driveway renovations,

ornamental beds, lawns; seed-sod-hydroseed, hauling, topsoils, bark, and more. Installation estimates are free unless you require a design plan. Design plans start at $250.00 on up. Our maintenance division maintains all size landscapes, large and small, from mowing, pruning, field mowing, developments and H.O.A. maintenance, dethatching, aerating, fertilizer and w**d control, landscape pest control, and general clean-up. Job Openings- Come work for LawnPros! We are currently looking for employees who are excited to work outside, make properties beautiful, get exercise and have fun doing it! Many of our projects are local and we take pride in ourselves having decades of customers who trust our work and call us back every year. Historic Church in Rainier, WA. LawnPros installed irrigation sprinkler and drip system, low voltage wire for future lighting, block planters, topsoil, and hydroseed by Nichol's. Original w**ds and grass were scraped and removed. Imported organic soil was blended with original soil, graded and hand raked to finish. Irrigation was modified from original design to accommodate water tower pressure. Thank you Bob Shaw and City of Rainier!

A great volunteer day! LawnPros installed all irrigation, topsoil, and retaining walls. Over 200 volunteers from the community came to help lay sod, plants, bark and clean up. Amazing how fast it comes together!
