I delivered 5 gallons of primer this morning and checked out the texture finished yesterday by Adam. Adam does a great job but he's my messiest guy and it's not even close. Gustavo and Maria will get everything primed tomorrow.

Made it back to get pictures and remove the lockbox from this bathroom remodel. While it is a relatively small bathroom, we were able to remove a water heater closet and install a tankless unit outside which allowed us to relocate the toilet to the other wall and install a double vanity plus a decent size shower. That shampoo box is 40 X 18. Check out the huge recessed medicine cabinet.

Victor, Emilio, and crew started this one Saturday. The hardscape is coming but we need to wait for the pool builder to finish the equipment pad and a retaining wall before we can pour up against them. In the meantime, we saw cut and trenched to pull electrical from the main panel to the back corner of the yard for a future pergola and trenched from the backyard to the front gutter for area drains.
