Turns out, winning bids comes with a catch… you might have to do the work yourself. 😂💪

Matt Coyle has had such great success with winning bids that he’s worked himself back in to the field! With the rest of the crew tied up on other projects, he was the estimator, project manager, and demolition crew on a solo teardown. Talk about wearing all the hats! Way to get after it, Matt!

Meet Yan Corgozinho!

Yan’s only been with Custom Demo for six weeks, but he’s already proved to be a dependable, hardworking addition to the crew. He maintains a positive attitude no matter the circumstances and consistently puts in 100% effort in all his work. Slackers hate to see him coming!

PROJECT HIGHLIGHT: CHASE BANK

Before the build goes up, the groundwork has to get done.

Our crew tackled erosion control, grading, and unsuitable soil removal before bringing in structural fill to get this site ready for what’s next.

Solid ground. Strong start. 💪

When we say “heavy lifting,” we mean it. 😂

Jay Chance and his crew tackled a 9,000-lb. vault door AND frame at the Canton Police Academy.

The solution? Out through the roof. With both pieces being reused, they had to get them out without a scratch.

9,000 lbs. each. No pressure but we got it done!

This crew suited up, followed the protocol, and got to work. Lab coats and hair nets included. Whatever the environment, we make it happen!

Franklin Yards Update:

We’re putting the finishing touches on this project, clearing out concrete slabs and foundations to make way for backfill and hydroseed.

One more project getting wrapped up and ready for what’s next!

525 N Tryon gave our crew an incredible view of the Charlotte skyline while they worked through Phase 2 of this renovation project.

With a view like this, it hardly feels like work.
