Day to day care and maintenance of golf course, common areas around Resort and offsite properties under contract with Landscape Division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Periodic mowing of grassy common areas around resort and offsite properties.
• Periodic weeding and trimming of beds, raking of traps on golf course and around resort and offsite properties.
• Clearing brush and debris in Spring, Fall and as needed throughout the year around resort and offsite properties.
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILIITIES: Requires analyzing activities and information involving mowing and general maintenance of resort property to achieve a consistent, high level appearance. Ability to provide information and associated services to Grounds & Landscape Supervisor.
