Year-Round Construction Position — York, NE
Clear Plains Construction — General Contractor & Sioux Steel Dealer

We're hiring one experienced hand to work alongside the owner on a small crew. Our work is framing, resheeting and repair of existing buildings, and new construction projects across York and the surrounding 50 miles. We're also a Sioux Steel dealer, so there's ag and livestock equipment work in the mix.

What we're looking for:

2+ years construction experience — framing or building repair preferred
Comfortable on a ladder and working at height
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Shows up on time, every day
Owns hand tools and work boots
Able to work outside year round.

What we offer:

$20–25/hr depending on experience
40 hours, year-round
5 paid holidays, PTO earned after 90 days
$200/year boot and tool allowance
Bonus pay on jobs finished on schedule and clean
All power tools provided

The Clear Plains crew is on-site in Milford, Nebraska, executing a large hardscape and site upgrade for Southeast Community College.

Here is what is going into this transformation:

11,000 Sq. Ft. of Fescue Sod: Rolling out a massive, pristine green footprint.

Blue Chop Natural Edging: Heavy-duty, natural stone to lock the beds in perfectly.

Gold Ore Rock: High-contrast ground cover to make the entire landscape pop.

Our guys are moving fast and moving a ton of dirt. You are not going to want to miss the before-and-after on this one.
