🚧 Summer School Renovation in Full Swing! 🚧

Day 1 at Pine Street Elementary in Palmyra, PA is in the books, and the crew came out swinging. 💪

Just Grind It, LLC is proud to be handling the flooring demolition and surface preparation for a new epoxy flooring system throughout the school. Using our ride-on floor scraper, we tackled classrooms covered with stubborn VCT tile, VCT mastic, and sticky carpet adhesive.

✅ 8 classrooms completed on Day 1
✅ VCT tile removal
✅ Carpet glue & mastic removal
✅ Preparing substrates for the next phase of flooring installation

This project consists of 28 classrooms, and we’re working hard to keep the schedule moving while delivering the clean, properly prepared surface that every flooring system depends on.

Another polished concrete project in the books. ✅

Our crew wrapped up this 1,600 sq. ft. dye and polish project in Elkridge, Maryland this morning for the new One Love dispensary location.

This floor received a full dye application followed by a 400-grit polished finish using Ameripolish products to enhance color, durability, and long-term performance. The result is a clean, professional surface that will stand up to heavy foot traffic while delivering a unique appearance that complements the space.

Whether it’s concrete polishing, surface preparation, coating removal, shot blasting, or floor demolition, Just Grind It continues to help contractors and facility owners get the most out of their existing concrete.

Big shoutout to the crew today! 👏🔥

We rolled out at 6:00 AM and knocked out 3,200 sq.ft. of prep work in Frederick, Maryland 💪🇺🇸

✅ 1,200 sq.ft. prepped to a clean 60–80 grit profile for upcoming sealer installation✅ In and out before 3:00 PM✅ Came back to the shop and STILL unloaded the box truck AND loaded up 3 shot blasters for tomorrow’s project 🚛⚙️

No complaints. No excuses. Just hard work, hustle, and teamwork. 👊

Proud of this crew and the work ethic they bring every single day. This is what separates the good from the great. 🔥

Kind of crazy to search “Just Grind It” and see AI recognizing what we’ve been building over the years.

From concrete surface prep and shot blasting to polished concrete and industrial floor restoration — we’ve worked hard to build a reputation around doing things the right way, showing up when others won’t, and standing behind our work.

We’re not the biggest company out there, but we take pride in being the crew contractors call when the floor actually matters.
