LET ME SHOW YOU WHAT BAD ROOFING LOOKS LIKE!!!!😬😬😬

Today we were on a roof inspection of a home who had its roof replaced a couple of years ago. The roof has already began to leak and the company who installed it is no longer around. Customer will now have to come out of pocket to fix these issues, and these photos are just some minor issues with the roof.

Previous installer also cut the ends off the rafter tails and never fixed, just laid plywood over a 8 foot span. 🤔

Be careful who you choose cause it may cost you thousands later.🤥🤥

Did you know? April is Louisiana's rainy month. Last night we had our first heavy down poor in Acadiana areas. It is a great time to inspect your ceilings for any sign of leaks on your roof. Or even call us out to have a inspection done of your attic and shingles. Leaks that are discarded can cost you thousands more later down the line.
