"Ken helped my brother and I with some minor remodels and refurbishing of a 4BR 2BA home. He was punctual, and he provided several options and choices always keeping in mind the budget we had to work with. Original hardwood flooring was beautifully restored, carpeting replaced, entire interior painted, and general repair of other small items and fixtures. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and any subcontractors brought in also provided the same level of quality. Ken was very good with maintaining communication throughout the project, which was very important to me. Its been a couple years since we had the work done, and I am still pleased!"
