A double wide modular flooded, but the insurance wants it essentially rebuilt, instead of replacing the home.

From bad to worse! At least the wires didn't melt, nor the wall burn. Replaced the outlet & plate and all is well.

The screw vibrated out and the connection was interrupted, causing a burn up. We were able to replace with a new one and the bus wasn't damaged much, thankfully.
