Small sheathing and siding replacement project .

What started out as a flood damage bathroom floor turned into this beautiful tile floor. This was more than just a bathroom tile project. We stripped it down to the floor joist. Leveled and shored the sub-floor. Installed new 3/4 sub floor sheathing and coated it with a waterproof membrane before installing the new tile. We installed new baseboards and trim then finalized the room with a fresh coat of paint.

I started this garden from nothing about 3 months ago and have become obsessed with it. It’s been a heck of a lot of work battling the Oklahoma bi-polar weather and temperatures along with pesky insects but I’m so happy with the results so far. Growing season isn’t over yet. I’m excited to see how things turn out next year. I’m planning to add a 12 different breed sunflower garden to my backyard. Many thanks to all those who have shared their gardening knowledge, donated plants and time getting their hands dirty helping me. I appreciate everyone of you. 🖤
