May Employee Spotlight: Joe Engstrom

Joe has been a valued member of the Midwest team since 2022, bringing more than 10 years of commercial construction experience to every project. With a background as both a carpenter and foreman, Joe is known for his quality craftsmanship—especially on hotel new construction, remodels, and high‑end carpentry work.

Outside of work, Joe stays busy chasing after his 1.5‑year‑old son, who keeps life moving at full speed. When he finds a little downtime, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, out fishing, or camping with his family. He’s especially looking forward to spending more time outdoors together this year and in the years ahead.

Progress is happening at Robinson Flats!
