What You'll Do:

- Assist with site prep, excavation, grading, and general construction tasks
- Operate equipment (if experienced)
- Work alongside a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site

What We're Looking For:

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
-Experience in construction or heavy equipment is a plus (but willing to train the right person)

The Role:

* **Equipment Transport:** Moving excavators, dozers, and loaders using lowboys or tilt-deck trailers.
* **Material Hauling:** Operating dump trailers to deliver stone, dirt, and fill to active job sites.
* **Site Coordination:** Navigating tight construction entrances and off-road terrain safely.
* **Basic Maintenance:** Performing daily pre/post-trip inspections and taking “ownership” of the maintenance of the truck and trailers.

What We’re Looking For:

* **License:** Valid Class A CDL
* **Experience:** Preferably in construction or heavy-haul environments.
* **Skills:** Proficiency in securing heavy equipment (chains/binders) and backing into tight, unpaved spaces.
* **Reliability:** A "first-light" personality. We need drivers who are punctual.
* **Endorsements:** Doubles/triples
