Important Update for Pasco County Utilities Customers. Starting October 1, 2025, updated rates will take effect for monthly water, wastewater, and reclaimed water services. For the average residential customer using 6,000 gallons per month, the bill will adjust from $88.65 to $91.99—an increase of $3.34.

Pasco County remains committed to delivering high-quality utility services while maintaining some of the most affordable rates in the region.

🚨 Notice for Zephyrhills Residents 🚨

The City of Zephyrhills Utilities Department has announced that annual fire hydrant flow testing will begin Monday, September 8, 2025, and continue through late November 2025.

👉 This year’s process will involve a two-hydrant testing method and will cover more than 900 hydrants across the city.

What to Expect:

You may notice temporary drops in water pressure.

Some areas may experience slight water discoloration.

Both are normal and temporary during testing, and water should clear on its own.
