About Us We’re a Minnesota concrete company with 22 years in the industry, known for quality flatwork, reliable scheduling, and a respectful team culture. We’re hiring a concrete laborer to join our crew.

Position Details Full-time • Competitive pay •

Residential & commercial flatwork

What You’ll Do
· Set forms, prep subgrade, place concrete
· Run trowels, screeds, and bowl floats
· Maintain safe, clean job sites

Flatwork We Perform Driveways • Sidewalks • Patios • Garage floors • Basement floors • Shop floors • Pole barn floors • Aprons • Parking pads • RV pads • Hot tub pads • Shed pads • Slabs-on-grade for additions • Agricultural pads

Requirements

· Reliable transportation
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors

Concrete experience preferred

What We Offer
· $20 to $25 per hour based on experience

Position Details Full-time or Part-time • Competitive pay • Residential & commercial flatwork

What You’ll Do

· Set forms, prep subgrade, place and finish concrete

· Run trowels, screeds, bull floats, and power trowels

· Perform broom, and smooth finishes

· Maintain safe, clean job sites

Flatwork We Perform Driveways • Sidewalks • Patios • Garage floors • Basement floors • Shop floors • Pole barn floors • Aprons • Parking pads • RV pads • Hot tub pads • Shed pads • Slabs-on-grade for additions • Agricultural pads

Requirements

· 3–5+ years finishing experience

· Reliable transportation

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors

What We Offer

· $35 to $40 per hour based on experience
