TRUST CITY RESIDENCES
Located a stone throw away from Eco Park development in Hung Yen Province, Trust City Residences is a 21-storey residential development, comprising 285 compact units and catering to the aspiring young homeowners.
The 1st and 2nd storey are dedicated to shops and amenities use. Residents’ amenities such as swimming pool, gymnasium and residents’ lounge are situated on the 2nd storey.
The rooftop is for the exclusive use of the residents with lush landscape garden, yoga room and a lounge.
Trust City Residences is designed to Singapore’s Green Mark Standard and scheduled to complete by the 1st quarter of 2024.

Designed by R DESIGN WORLDWIDE and developed by Vinaconex Invest JSC, Bohemia Residences is a 33-storey tower with 3 levels of basement. It has an area of 43,000m2 and 232 apartment units.
Typical apartment level houses 8 units of apartment in 2 and 3-bedroom configurations around a central core. Natural light and ventilation are designed to make the common areas comfortable for the inhabitants.
Contemporary architectural treatment of the facade in dual tone was adopted to create a distinct tower in the surrounding environment.
