Quantity Surveyor Engineer (Civil)
1. Job Description.
Measure all quantities of construction drawings on site in order to submit to the Client to purchase materials/equipment to supply to the contractor.
Check all quantities have done by the contractors in order to advise the client to pay to the contractor in progress of the work.
Contact with suppliers and get quotation on materials as request by the project manager.
Assessment of any variations on site as request by the project manager.
Collect all M&E drawings and information of M&E only in order to provide to QS team in ho chi minh city to do the M&E QS work. You will not do anything relating to M&E work.
Attend all the meeting on site with Project Manager and the Client
Report to head of department of QS in HCMC every week all activities on site
Inform the Head of QS department and the Project Manager if there is any non- conformity, mistake, or error on documents, drawings by issuing a list of defects after taking off quantities.
Respect deadline for submission of works as request by the Project Manager.
2. Job Requirement.
Having at least 3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor.
Good command of both written & spoken English.
Conversant with local / international codes, requirements and submission procedures
