Sáng ngày 10/09/2026, DBPLUS vinh dự được phát sóng trên chương trình “Thị Trường 360°” của Đài Truyền hình Quốc gia Việt Nam VTV9.

Sáng ngày 25/08 vừa qua, DBPlus đã chính thức phối hợp cùng Công ty Cổ Phần Đại Phước Swancity One Mea tổ chức Lễ khởi công dự án Thiết kế & Thi công nội thất Clubhouse Oasia SwanBay.

Sự kiện đánh dấu bước khởi đầu quan trọng trong hành trình kiến tạo một không gian giải trí đẳng cấp tại Đảo Đại Phước, Thành Phố Đồng Nai. Với quy mô 800m², dự án bao gồm trọn bộ tiện ích cao cấp: Sảnh lễ tân, Lounge Bar, Kid Club, Không gian giải trí gia đình…

Với kinh nghiệm đã tích lũy qua nhiều loại hình dự án Hospitality quy mô lớn, DBPlus hiểu rõ những yêu cầu đặc thù của một không gian Clubhouse hiện đại. On August 25, DBPlus officially collaborated with Dai Phuoc Swancity One Mea Joint Stock Company to hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the Oasia SwanBay Clubhouse Interior Design & Construction Project.

The event marks an important starting point in the journey to create a sophisticated recreational space at Dai Phuoc Island, D**g Nai City. Covering an area of 800m², the project features a comprehensive range of premium amenities, including a Reception Lobby, Lounge Bar, Kid Club, and Family Entertainment Area.

With extensive experience accumulated through numerous large-scale Hospitality projects, DBPlus understands the distinctive requirements of a modern Clubhouse environment. From reception areas to experiential spaces, every element is carefully controlled to ensure safety, sustainability, and long-term operational efficiency. DBPlus chính thức hoàn thiện Sales Gallery & 02 Nhà mẫu Arcadia at Lavila tại Phước Kiển, Nhà Bè, tiếp tục đồng hành cùng các Chủ đầu tư kiến tạo những không gian trải nghiệm chỉn chu và khác biệt.

Là dự án căn hộ cao tầng đầu tiên được phát triển bởi liên doanh PierreVal và Kiến Á, Arcadia at Lavila được lấy cảm hứng từ triết lý Art de Vivre – nghệ thuật sống Pháp, kiến tạo không gian sống tinh tế, kiến trúc hiện đại hòa quyện cùng thiên nhiên và cộng đồng cư dân văn minh.

Trong dự án này, DBPlus đảm nhận vai trò Tổng thầu Thiết kế & Thi công cho Sales Gallery và 02 Nhà mẫu, với phạm vi triển khai theo mô hình Design & Build từ kết cấu, cảnh quan, Facade đến hoàn thiện nội thất, hệ thống MEP và sản xuất, lắp đặt nội thất rời.

Bên cạnh việc hiện thực hóa ý tưởng thiết kế, DBPlus còn phát triển hai concept nhà mẫu dựa trên chân dung khách hàng mục tiêu của CĐT, mang đến hai không gian sống riêng biệt. Mỗi không gian được nghiên cứu từ ngôn ngữ thiết kế, vật liệu, màu sắc đến công năng, nhằm truyền tải trọn vẹn phong cách sống mà Arcadia at Lavila hướng đến.

DBPLUS X PIERREVAL & KIEN A | CRAFTING THE EXPERIENCE AT ARCADIA AT LAVILA

DBPlus has officially completed the Sales Gallery & 02 Show Units for Arcadia at Lavila in Phuoc Kien, Nha Be, reaffirming our commitment to partnering with leading developers in creating thoughtfully designed and distinctive customer experience spaces.

As the first high-rise residential project jointly developed by PierreVal and Kien A, Arcadia at Lavila is inspired by the French philosophy of Art de Vivre - the art of living. The project embodies refined living through contemporary architecture, seamlessly integrated with nature and a vibrant community.

DBPlus served as the Design & Build Main Contractor for the Sales Gallery and two Show Units. Our scope of work covered structural construction, landscape, façade, interior fit-out, MEP systems, as well as the production and installation of loose furniture.

Beyond bringing the design vision to life, DBPlus also developed two distinct show unit concepts tailored to the developer's target customer profiles. Each space was carefully curated from design language, materials, and color palette to functional planning to authentically express the lifestyle that Arcadia at Lavila aspires to deliver.

Sau nhiều năm hoạt động tại Khách sạn Meliá, House of Barbaard đã chính thức chuyển đến không gian mới tại Tiến Bộ Plaza, đánh dấu một bước phát triển mới của thương hiệu tại thị trường Hà Nội.

Được biết đến như một "thánh địa" dành cho các quý ông, House of Barbaard mang đậm tinh thần châu Âu cùng những giá trị được kế thừa từ văn hóa barber truyền thống Hà Lan. Tại không gian mới, từ sảnh đón khách, khu barbershop đến các khu vực lounge và private dining, từng chi tiết đều được nghiên cứu và chăm chút nhằm tạo nên trải nghiệm sang trọng, tinh tế và giàu cảm xúc.

Đồng hành trong dự án này, DBPlus đảm nhận hạng mục thi công nội thất (Fit-out, Furniture & MEP). Với đặc thù thi công tại khu văn phòng đang vận hành, đội ngũ triển khai đã kiểm soát chặt chẽ tiến độ, công tác vận chuyển vật tư, thi công kỹ thuật và hoàn thiện nội thất nhằm hạn chế tối đa ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động của các đơn vị lân cận trong tòa nhà, đồng thời đảm bảo chất lượng hoàn thiện theo đúng yêu cầu của dự án.

After years of operating at Meliá Hanoi, House of Barbaard has officially relocated to its new home at Tien Bo Plaza, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s continued growth in the Hanoi market.

Recognized as a true sanctuary for gentlemen, House of Barbaard embodies a distinctive European spirit while preserving the heritage of traditional Dutch barber culture. Within the new space, every detail, from the reception area and barbershop to the lounge and private dining spaces has been thoughtfully designed and refined to deliver a sophisticated, elegant, and memorable customer experience.

For this project, DBPlus was entrusted with the Interior Construction scope, including Fit-out, Furniture, and MEP works. Given the challenges of working within an occupied office building, our team carefully managed project scheduling, material transportation, technical installations, and interior finishing works to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and project quality.

Trong giai đoạn phát triển mới, Eximbank đã chuyển trụ sở chính ra Hà Nội nhằm tăng cường kết nối, nâng cao năng lực vận hành và triển khai hiệu quả các định hướng chiến lược trong tương lai. Tọa lạc tại tòa nhà 27 - 29 Lý Thái Tổ, Phường Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội, trụ sở mới được xây dựng theo tiêu chuẩn văn phòng hạng A với hệ thống hạ tầng hiện đại, tối ưu cho quản trị và kết nối toàn hệ thống.

DBPlus vinh dự đồng hành với vai trò Đơn vị thiết kế & thi công nội thất tại Tầng 5 và 6 cho dự án lần này. Lấy cảm hứng từ “Diagram” ngôn ngữ thể hiện sự kết nối, vận hành và chuyển động liên tục, Không gian được phát triển với concept màu sắc “The Endless Blue”, gợi mở cảm giác tin cậy, cởi mở và tiềm năng không giới hạn.

Sự kết hợp giữa bảng màu xanh dịu cùng sắc trắng thoáng sáng, ánh sáng tự nhiên và bố cục không gian mở đã tạo nên một môi trường làm việc hiện đại, chuyên nghiệp nhưng vẫn mang cảm giác thân thiện và dễ chịu cho đội ngũ nhân sự.

DBPLUS X EXIMBANK HANOI | AN OPERATIONAL SPACE FOR A NEW PHASE OF GROWTH

As part of its new development phase, Eximbank has relocated its headquarters to Hanoi to strengthen connectivity, enhance operational capabilities, and effectively implement its future strategic directions. Located at 27–29 Ly Thai To Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi, the new headquarters is built to Grade A office standards, featuring modern infrastructure optimized for management efficiency and system-wide connectivity.

DBPlus is honored to participate as the interior design and fit-out contractor for Levels 5 and 6 of this project. Inspired by the concept of “Diagram”, a design language that reflects connection, operation, and continuous movement. The workspace is developed around the color concept “The Endless Blue”, evoking a sense of trust, openness, and limitless potential.

The combination of calming blue tones, airy whites, natural lighting, and an open-plan layout creates a modern and professional working environment while still maintaining a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for employees.
