The landscape design is inspired by the revitalizing and sustaining properties of water. The unique design language invokes the dynamics of dry and cracked soil given new life as the spring rain returns.

The unparalleled wrap-around water feature includes an Olympic length lap pool, a spa pool with whirlpool bath jet pods, shallow lounge areas, and a family pool with water play elements.

The island oasis also features a variety of social spaces for entertaining guests, spending time with family and having fun with friends. The multi-purpose space includes an exclusive resident’s café and interior lounge area which adjoins the kids play room, an immersive golf simulator, and a private BBQ island.

We propose a future of biophilic corridors to soak up the city's floodwaters, provide continuous wildlife habitats and public greenspace for the city's rapidly growing population.
