We are looking for an electrical estimator to be part of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and comprehending proposal specifications, drawings, schedules, and all other pertinent project documents.
• Estimating labor, material, and time requirements to be able to compute the overall cost of projects.
• Preparing, documenting, and submitting formal bid proposals to clients.
• Communicating with suppliers, contractors, clients, and the internal team to discuss and formulate accurate estimates.
• Maintaining a comprehensive and updated database of all estimation documentation for reference.
• Conducting site visits and gathering all necessary data for accurate estimation.
• Identifying and quantifying potential cost uncertainties to ensure costing models capture the full range of potential costs.
• Keeping track of the latest materials, labor costs, and industry changes to use the most accurate, up-to-date information in estimates.
• Working with the project management team to develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

Hello!
We are looking for the perfect position for:

Position: Manager Logistics & Heavy Duty Department

Logistics Management:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans for the movement, storage, and distribution of goods and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Transportation Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute the transportation of heavy equipment, which often involves multimodal logistics (road, rail, ocean freight). This includes route surveys and load assessments.
Inventory Control: Manage and monitor the inventory of materials, spare parts, and equipment to avoid stockouts or overstocking, utilizing systems for real-time tracking.
Vendor and Contract Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external carriers, freight forwarders, heavy haul providers, and suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities, including import/export and customs clearance, comply with local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Heavy Duty Equipment Management
Maintenance and Repair Oversight: Develop and coordinate comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and schedule necessary repairs for all heavy equipment company-wide.
Safety and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all equipment is in good working order and meets stringent safety standards and environmental regulations.
Performance Evaluation and Procurement: Evaluate the performance of existing equipment, recommend upgrades or replacements, and oversee the purchasing process for new machinery.

General Management and Administration
Budget Management: Monitor and manage departmental budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure effective use of resources and meeting of targets.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, including equipment damage, transport delays, and environmental hazards.
