Linéa Residence is a contemporary multi-family building shaped by clean horizontal lines and balanced proportions. Generous terraces and large glazed openings create a natural connection between the apartments and the surrounding landscape, bringing in light and a calm sense of openness.

Skopje Skyline Rooftop is conceived as a terrace for outdoor living and relaxation. The space is organized around a summer kitchen, dining area, and lounge beneath a linear pergola that provides shade and spatial definition. A restrained palette of dark materials and integrated greenery creates a calm contemporary atmosphere.

Hapësira organizohet rreth një kuzhine verore, zone ngrënieje dhe lounge-i, nën një pergolë lineare që krijon hije dhe definim hapësinor. Hapesire pune prej 550 m2 e organizuar ne tri nivele te lidhura me shkalle, e konceptuar per funksionalitet dhe fleksibilitet. Lartesia e konsiderueshme e katit perdhes u shfrytezua duke krijuar nje kat te ri me strukture celiku, duke rritur hapesiren e perdorshme. Programi perfshin zyra, salla takimesh dhe salle konferencash, ndersa bodrumi permban zyra shtese, kuzhine dhe auditorium per prezantime. Materialet e ngrohta, betoni i ekspozuar dhe ndricimi linear krijojne nje ambient modern dhe te qete pune.

A 550 m² workspace organized across three levels connected by stairs, designed for functionality and flexibility. The double-height ground floor was transformed by introducing a steel-structured floor, increasing the usable area. The program includes offices, meeting rooms, a conference room, and a basement with additional offices, a kitchen, and an auditorium for presentations. Warm materials, exposed concrete, and linear lighting shape a calm, contemporary working environment.
