Our Kosovo Education Center-KEC project focuses on creating an innovative and flexible educational environment that inspires learning, collaboration, and personal growth. The design aims to balance functionality with creativity, providing spaces that cater to both formal education and informal learning experiences. The main challenge was to integrate various educational functions-classrooms, workshops, and collaborative zones-into a cohesive layout that encourages interaction while maintaining clarity and focus. The result is a dynamic center where students and educators can engage seamlessly in a stimulating and supportive environment.

We are proud to announce that Maden Group × BVR Atelier × Studio Arca have been selected as the contractor for the Design services for renovation of the EU Office, Pristina.

Originally constructed in 1960, this iconic and highly recognizable building is preparing for its first full renovation — a transformation that marks a major milestone for city.

Certified under the BREEAM sustainability standard, the project reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility.

We are honoured to contribute to what will become an architectural landmark of Pristina, embodying the values of the European Union through our design.

BVR Atelier together with GH Architects and Mark Office designed a proposal for IPKO Telecommunications Innovation Center as part of the architectural competition. The building features a futuristic, circular design with a transparent glass and metal mesh facade, allowing natural light to flow in.
Horizontal red and dark lines highlight the brand identity, while the structure blends seamlessly with its urban surroundings. The design is proposed to be open, modern aesthetic, and to combine with green spaces and reflective surfaces, aiming to create a dynamic and sustainable architectural landmark in Kosovo.

BVR Atelier together with Maden Group and Studio ARCA envisioned "The Albanian Tulip" proposal as a 40-story mixed-use building in the city center of Tirana, inspired by the elegance and resilience of the unique Albanian tulip flower. This proposal was part of the competition organized by National Territory Planning Agency in Albania.

This architectural marvel rises gracefully, embodying the essence of a tulip in full bloom with a dynamic kinetic façade that captures the vibrant energy of its petals in motion, while optimizing natural light and ventilation, enhancing energy efficiency.

The tower is proposed to host diverse functions, including dormitory spaces, commercial areas, residential units, and cultural facilities, fostering a vibrant community and supporting economic growth.
More than just a building, "The Albanian Tulip" is envisioned as a living symbol of Albania’s growth and potential, blending nature, culture, and modernity. It elevates Albania’s architectural landscape by offering an inspiring environment where tradition meets innovation, creating harmonious spaces for living, working, and thriving.

"The Albanian Tulip" stands as a testament to the beauty and resilience of the Albanian tulip, symbolizing the nation’s blossoming future.

Together with Maden Group and Studio ARCA we designed the proposal for the administrative building reconstruction in Tirana, as part of the competition organized by NTPA.

The Blossom Fields vision is to transform the administrative building in Tirana, Albania into a beacon of modernity and sustainability, inspired by the vibrant blossom fields that symbolize growth and renewal. By harmoniously blending innovative design with the rich heritage of the existing structure, we aim to create a dynamic space that serves as a cornerstone for public administration.

The project focuses on the reconstruction and expansion of the building to accommodate additional administrative offices, integrating cutting-edge rainwater collection systems and expansive green spaces. The addition of spacious terraces will enhance the aesthetic appeal and provide functional outdoor areas for staff and public use.

The project proposal has been featured in several architectural magazines Archello.com, Amazing Architecture, and BlessedArch 🙏🏻
