SHOPPING MALL & RESIDENTIAL BUILDING "ESSEBAU"

This project brings together modern homes and a lively shopping destination in one place, creating a vibrant spot for both residents and visitors. The lower floors are home to a contemporary shopping mall with a mix of shops, cafés, and services, designed to bring life to the area and encourage people to spend time there. Above the commercial podium, three stylish residential towers rise, offering apartments in different sizes and layouts. Each home features spacious balconies with beautiful city views and plenty of natural light. The podium design also includes green terraces, giving residents relaxing outdoor spaces close to home.
The architecture combines clean white surfaces with warm tones, creating a look that feels both modern and welcoming. Large glass fronts make the shopping levels open and inviting, while the upper floors are designed to feel bright, comfortable, and private. By blending living spaces with shopping and leisure, the project offers a high-quality urban lifestyle and adds new energy to the neighborhood.

The office is organized into distinct zones for both teamwork and focused tasks. At its center, acoworking area with large wooden desks, ergonomic chairs, and modern monitors supportscollaborative design work.
Next to the co working space, a glass-enclosed meeting room provides a private space for clientpresentations, featuring a terrazzo table, modern lighting, and architectural-inspired wall art.
The office also features a compact kitchen in soft beige with terrazzo surfaces and colorful stoolsfor a playful touch. YELLOW HOUSE

The project focuses on the “Doda” family house in Prizren, a protected monument within the League of Prizren Complex.
The Doda family house is of great cultural and architectural significance, serving as one of the most representative examples of residential architecture from the 19th–20th centuries. It is located in the Historic Centre of Prizren, within the monumental complex of the League of Prizren.
The Doda family house, which is nearly 100 years old, has undergone various changes and interventions over different periods of time.

DUSHI HOUSE

This modern house design features a clean and simple shape with a thoughtful mix of materials like stone, wood, and smooth white plaster. Large windows on both floors allow plenty of natural light to fill the interior while also offering wide views of the green outdoor space. The ground floor is wrapped in stone, giving the home a grounded and warm feeling, while the upper level adds contrast with sleek white walls and wood details. A spacious yard with soft lighting, shrubs, and a seating area enhances the comfort and calmness of the home.
At the back of the house, tall vertical windows and minimal landscaping create a quiet, private corner that feels closely connected to nature. HOTEL BOVEC

This hotel project is located in Bovec, Slovenia, and its design carefully respects the traditionalarchitecture of the town. The building has a sloped roof with dormer windows and uses naturalmaterials like wood and stone to fit in with the local style. The windows are framed in wood, andthe walls are finished with simple, light-colored plaster, similar to the older buildings in Bovec.These choices help the hotel blend in with its surroundings while still looking fresh and modern.The ground floor includes a café with large windows and outdoor seating, creating a friendly andwelcoming atmosphere for both guests and people walking by.
The interior layout balances functionality and comfort across its levels. The ground floor hosts thereception, back-of-house areas, and a generous dining space with both indoor and outdoorseating, ideal for hospitality and social interaction. The upper floors consist of compact yetcomfortable guest rooms organized around a central corridor, maximizing space efficiency whilemaintaining privacy. A stairwell encased in a light-permeable structure connects all floors,adding a sculptural element to the rear facade. Altogether, the project merges sensitivity toplace with a contemporary hospitality concept, enriching Bovec’s touristic infrastructure.

The project "Rient C" is a multi-story building with a distinct architectural form shaped through aprocess of extrusion. This means that the initial base form has been extended vertically, creatinga consistent yet dynamic volumetric presence. The building consists of multiple floors, eachserving a specific function. The ground and first floors are dedicated to commercial spaces,establishing an active public interface with the surroundings. As the structure rises, the upperfloors transition into private spaces, ensuring a clear separation between public and residentialzones.
The facade integrates contrasting black and white tones, with a combination of open balconiesand recessed windows, creating depth and variation. The lower floors are largely transparent,suggesting commercial spaces at the base, while the upper levels are designed for residentialuse.

This urban residence is a modern single-family home designed with a clean, geometric aestheticand strong spatial functionality. Located in a compact urban context, the house balancesprivacy, openness, and elegance through smart volumetric design and strategic placement ofopenings.The facade combines white plaster with dark window frames and a base of exposed brick,creating a visually balanced and contemporary character. Large windows at the ground levelsuggest the presence of a café, studio, or gallery, adding vibrancy to the street. Upper floors areresidential, with elegant balconies and framed windows that create rhythm and depth. Therenovation successfully merges tradition and innovation, respecting the compact urban contextwhile revitalizing the structure with a fresh architectural identity.
The proposed renovation introduces a significant transformation. The building massing has beenextended vertically and horizontally to maximize the use of space, while still respecting thesurrounding urban morphology. The pitched roof is replaced with a flat one, allowing for theaddition of a rooftop terrace. The facade becomes more defined and contemporary, with clearergeometric volumes and a better relationship with the street level. Interior circulation isreconfigured, and the street-facing ground floor is opened up—likely intended for commercial orpublic use, offering a more engaging interface with the city. Private residential spaces are shiftedto the upper floors, incorporating balconies and terraces for outdoor living.

This house is a modern two-story home designed with open and functional spaces. The groundfloor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, storage area, and one bedroom. Thelayout is organized around a central staircase, and the living and dining areas are connected inan open-plan style. Above this central space is a gallery that opens to the second floor, creatinga double-height area that brings in light and gives the house an airy, spacious feeling.
The second floor is dedicated to private spaces and includes additional bedrooms. These roomsare arranged around the gallery, allowing views down to the main living area below. The housealso includes outdoor areas like terraces and balconies, which connect the indoors with thegarden and surroundings. The use of large windows, simple shapes, and natural materials givesthe house a clean, elegant, and comfortable character.
