2024 Kearney, NE. Major renovation of kitchen, mudroom, living room and bathroom which I will post on a separate posting. This job required complete demolition of walls, lathe & plaster, new walls, drywall, new electrical wiring, switches and outlets, plumbing upgrades and relocation. A new wall was built along stairwell incorporating a storage/pantry. The old stairs were replaced and rebuilt along with header relocation to meet code height and step riser/tread requirements. New kitchen cabinets, high end laminate tops, backsplash, undercabinet lights, two sliding barn doors with locking latch mechanism (one for pantry, one for basement and one for stairwell).
All new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout kitchen, living, hallway and one bedroom. New carpeting in all other bedrooms, new paint, trim, etc.
Total completion time was approximately 9 weeks, and deadline was met for move in date of out of state resident.
FSC Renovations completed all of the required for this project with the exception of some electrical.
