JB's Yard Maintenance covers all aspects of maintaining your entire yard. We offer animal waist removal, hedge trimming, edging, w**d eating, mowing, debris removal, gutter cleaning, and other services every visit. Visits are biweekly and year round so you never have to worry about when the outside chores are going to get done again. Prices start at $50.00 for an acre or less lot with little to no obstacles or elevation changes. Add $15.00 extra per acre and $10.00 per medium obstacle yards and $15.00 per high obstacle yards. Add $5 per medium elevation changes and $10 per high elevation change yards. Why do we charge extra for obstacles?
-"I want to be able to spend the right amount of time on all of my customer's yards. If there are two 1 acre lots, one lot has one bush and the other has 2 garden beds, 3 hedges, 4 trees, pools, etc. One of these yards I can be done with in a half hour and the other will take more time, fuel, and equipment." (One discount per customer)

Neighbors discount - 5% each
Discounted prices for all customers who happen to live close enough to each other where I wont have to load and unload my vehicle. Military/disabled/veterans - 5%
If you are physically disabled, are a veteran, or current military I would like to take 5% off your monthly bill. Active Deployment - 10%
If you are a member of the Armed Forces and being deployed I would like to care for your yard for 10% off during the months of you being away. It doesn't matter if there are still people staying at your residence or if your home is completely empty. You still will receive the 10% off.
