I’m a single, healthy elderly gentleman seeking a peaceful and stable place to live in Maui. With a charismatic and people-oriented personality, I greatly value respect, quiet living, and being a good neighbor.

I’m semi-retired and work part-time. I do not smoke, drink, or party, and I lead a clean, responsible lifestyle.
I'm currently looking for a long-term rental — a small cottage, studio, or ohana separate from the main house. I'm also open to house sitting opportunities.

I have a friendly dog and two cats that I would love to keep, but if pets aren’t allowed, I understand and can make other arrangements for them.
