Our Colorado Springs team recently responded to a water loss at a local commercial property and got to work right away. The crew set up containment to protect the rest of the space, wrapped and protected product and displays, removed the affected drywall, and brought in air movers, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers to start drying things out.

Projects like this take coordination, the right equipment, and a team that understands what’s at stake for a business owner. We’re proud of the crew that showed up and put in the work.

special evening spent celebrating history. ✨

This past weekend, our team had the honor of joining a community gala dedicated to preserving the stories that shaped us. It was a room full of people who care deeply about protecting the past for the generations still to come.

We're proud to be part of that mission, helping care for irreplaceable pieces of history that deserve to be treated with respect. Being in the room with the people who champion this work every day was a reminder of why we do what we do.

Homecoming at CSU hit different this year. 💚💛

Our Fort Collins/Loveland team spent Saturday at the Ram Walk Tailgate, and while the game didn't go our way, the day was a win in every way that matters.

We had Rams fans of all ages stop by for a photo with Cam the Ram, strike a pose in the Rameralls, get a little glitter on their cheeks, and rock some eye blacks before heading in to cheer on the team. Every one of those smiles, and every new conversation with a neighbor, is what makes events like this so special.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent and made the day so much fun. We love being part of this community, and we can't wait for the next one.

🌟 Great turnout today! Team Jeffries had a blast connecting with certified public adjusters from all over the nation as they attend their continuing education classes right next door.

Our table was stocked and ready — from frisbees and koozies to sunglasses and notebooks — but the real highlight was the conversations. Getting face-to-face time with the professionals we work alongside every day is invaluable.

A big thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello! 🤝

Yesterday, our Pueblo and Colorado Springs teams had the honor of attending the United Way of Southern Colorado's 104th Annual Campaign Kickoff Luncheon — "United for the Future."

During the event, Jack was recognized on behalf of SERVPRO Team Jeffries for the support we provided to the people, pets, and first responders affected by the Aspen Acres fires earlier this summer.

It meant a lot to be in the room with so many organizations working toward the same goal, and to connect directly with the President & CEO of United Way of Southern Colorado.

Moments like this are a good reminder of why we do this work — not just restoring properties, but showing up for our neighbors when it matters most.

Thank you to United Way of Southern Colorado for the recognition, and for everything you do for Pueblo and Colorado Springs.

Last Friday, we were proud to stand with our community at Weidner Field for the Switchbacks' 9/11 Memorial Night.

The Switchbacks took on San Antonio FC under the lights, but the night was about far more than the final score. Pre-match ceremonies and a moment of silence honored the 2,977 lives lost 25 years ago, along with the first responders and families who still carry that day with them.

Following the match, the annual Guns N' Hoses charity game brought the Colorado Springs Police and Fire Departments together on the field — friendly rivalry, same team when it counts.

Between "Superheroes Night" giveaways, discounted tickets for military, law enforcement, and firefighters, and a fireworks show to close out the evening, it was a night built around honoring the people who show up for our community every day.

Thank you to the Switchbacks, the Colorado Springs Police and Fire Departments, and everyone who came out to remember, honor, and celebrate together.

Twenty-five years ago, firefighters, police, and rescue crews ran into the unimaginable to save others. Many never came home.

Today, we'll be standing alongside local first responders at the Switchbacks 9/11 Event — one small way of honoring that same courage, today and always.

We remember all 2,977 lives lost, and everyone who ran toward danger to save someone else.

25 Years. Never Forget.

Great company, great Falcons football. We had an awesome afternoon cheering on the Air Force Falcons alongside clients and neighbors — flyovers, falconry demos, marching band and all.

And what a way to kick off the season — the Falcons opened with a dominant shutout win. Hard to think of a better way to start the year than a blowout on the field and good company in the stands.

Here's to many more days like this ahead — on the field and off it. Thank you to everyone who came out with us.
