With over 30 years of experience working within the construction industry, both as a self-employed carpenter joiner and a qualified supervisor in construction management and hold a Black CSCS card along with SMSTS,FAW Pasma,cisrs,Nebosh NGC1 anNCC2 practical will be taking NCC1 in the near future
I have thrived on new challenges and the variety of projects that I have been happily involved in. I am a conscientious person with a high level of commitment, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and who enjoys working in a team as well as managing my own workload. I enjoy working to strict time frames and exceeding targets with a working knowledge of health and safety and gain job satisfaction for meeting standards and quality of workmanship. The past ten years has been predominantly working as principle contractors number 1 on site, as well as working as a finishing manager and also as the Health and safety officer on site. Projects include –new build [housing and industrial], modular, fit outs [bar/restaurant, offices, Banks, schools etc.] refurbishments and conversions from strip out to completion
