The Wiersma family consists of Derek, Marina, Nash, & Navy. Derek might be the only general contractor who still wears his nail bags. You’ll actually see him working on your house. He cares that much! Ever since Derek was a young kid, he had a knack for building, creating, and fixing. Born and raised in a small farm town, he grew up working on the family ranch. His interest in construction only grew as he did. Derek started working in construction at the age of 18. His journey in the construction industry began as a carpenter-subcontractor, then progressed to superintendent and general contractor. Marina is the face behind the scenes. When she's not running around with their two beautiful kids, she's replying to emails, scheduling appointments, and handling all the paperwork.
