• Bathrooms. Vacuum and clean floors; remove cobwebs; spot clean doors and door frames; clean, scrub and sanitize vanity, sinks, showers and bathtubs; toilets thoroughly cleaned at base, behind and inside/out; mirrors and fixtures cleaned and shined.
• Bedrooms. Vacuum and clean floors; remove cobwebs; clean inside all closets; clean light fixtures; clean mirrors; wipe down shelves, baseboards and moldings; empty trash.
• Living areas (includes hallways and stairs). Vacuum and clean floors; remove cobwebs; clean inside all closets; clean all furniture; clean light fixtures; clean mirrors; wipe down shelves, baseboards, moldings and sills; clean door frames and switch plates; vacuum sofas and chairs.
