ACCIL has one of the largest Cold Rolling Mill Complex with an installed capacity of 300000 MT per annum for manufacturing Cold Rolled, Galvanised and Colour Coated products to meet various requirements of customers in automobiles, white goods and general engineering sectors.

6 Hi Cold Rolling Mill for producing CR Steel coils in thickness range of 0.13 –3.0mm, Width 750– 1250mm at a speed of 120

0MPM.
• Hot Dip Non-Ox Continuous Galvanizing Line with online 4 Hi Skin Pass mill and Tension Leveller.
• Continuous Colour Coating Line with world’s best technology for colour coating i.e., GFG Coaters, USA.
• All the above plants are fully automated through Microprocessor based Distribution Control System backed by Computer Based Supervisory Controls to ensure production of consistently good quality products.
• The plant is backed by Captive Power Plant to ensure continuous production and supply of our products.
• The product mix of the company include Cold Rolled Coils/ Sheets, galvanized Plain and Corrugated Coils/sheets and Colour Coated Coils/sheets.
