One of the unique challenges on this project was the construction of Cornwall's newest student housing high-rise right next door.

With more residents, vehicles, and activity coming to the area, reducing future noise became a top priority.

That's why we installed triple-glazed windows on the side of the home facing the building, significantly improving sound dampening while maintaining the home's beautiful curb appeal with matching black windows.
