They don’t picture tunneling under a foundation to repair a sewer line.

This is the kind of work that homeowners never see, but it’s critical to protecting the home and keeping everything flowing properly.

Customer called because mold was showing on the drywall and they were concerned they had a plumbing leak.

We removed the damaged drywall and performed a thorough leak investigation, but found no active plumbing leaks.

Instead of stopping there, we kept digging.

After inspecting the roof, we discovered the real source of the problem—a failed vent stack fl**ge allowing water to enter around the pipe and make its way down into the wall.

This is a good reminder that water damage doesn’t always mean a plumbing pipe is leaking. Proper diagnosis is the key to fixing the problem the first time.
