[formwork] is a structure, usually temporary sometimes permanent, used to contain poured concrete in required dimensions, to mould into desired shapes and to stabilize until able to support itself...
Formworkstudio is a young, dynamic and creative design consultancy based in East London, providing conversions, renovations and smart design solutions at multiple scales in private, public and commercial programmes as well as installations and fair design with a commitment to innovation and sustainability. The studio operates internationally with a strong, detail-focused approach to simplify living spaces and balance form & function. We are striving for new ideas by experimenting with textures and materials, adopting natural phenomena translated into organic shapes and incorporated into our architectural work.
