Stepping Stones Gardens was approached by one of our existing clients to install an irrigation system at there premises in Alrode after we planted over a 100 trees and shrubs for them.After doing my initial calculations I had to double check my self and then check again. We needed to install 1.950km of irrigation pipe. After a few more site visits and consultations with our client we were finally given the go ahead for this massive task.

You would think that after doing irrigation for the past 30 years this would be a walk in the park, this job posed numerous challenges , location , major variance in water pressure etc- I was nervous.

We arrived on site early morning and got stuck in straight away. As you can see there was not much time to take photos. We worked 5 days non stop , Once one hurdle was passed another 3 were put in our way. After a lot of frustration, cursing,laughing,doubting and did I mention frustration we had finally completed this mammoth task. All 8 stations worked 100%. We were satisfied with the end results and most importantly so was the client.

Stepping Stones Gardens got a call from a frustrated , desperate, frantic resident in Brackendowns, they had booked an important family function at the local community hall.

They were promised that the surrounding gardens would be cleaned before there special event.

No surprises the council did not pitch up , or answer there phones the event was scheduled to start in 5 hours .

With such short notice we managed to pull a few guys from our other sites and promised the client the job will get done.

We managed to complete the task without any incident and in time. We were satisfied with the end results and most importantly so was the customer.

Stepping Stones Gardens got a call from a homeowner in Edenglen , he needed a palm tree removed . We met with the homeowner and after a short consultation we were given the go ahead.

The location of the palm made this task challenging as it was close to the house , there was no room for error.

Stepping Stones Gardens got a call from a homeowner from the magnificent home in Southcrest , there garden needed a bit of tlc .We arrived on site and got stuck in straight away..We cut all the grassed areas , trimmed edges,de weeded flower beds , trimmed shrubs and trees and gave the garden a good clean up.

Our job was made easier due to our fantastic staff- you guys are truly legends.

Stepping Stones Gardens got a call from a company based in Alrode. They wanted to make there premises and surrounding area look a bit more inviting and friendly. The company's head office is in Durban so after a few video calls , zoom meetings etc our proposal was accepted. We cleaned up the outside perimeter and planted 55 Kei Apple trees . These trees once grown will create a beautiful hedge and bear a lovely sweet Kei apple. The trees also attract alot of bird life.

Hopefully other companies in the area will follow suit and create a lovely appealing environment in a drab industrial area.

We were satisfied with the end results and most importantly so was the customer.

Stepping Stones Gardens got a call from an existing customer who Palm trees were getting out of hand. We met with client and our proposal was accepted without any hesitation.

We arrived on site and after a quick meeting with our site supervisor a plan was put into place.

Stepping Stones Gardens - Div of G and C Landscaping PTY Ltd got a call from a homeowner in Glenvista. Her palm tree needed tidying up.We have done work for the customer previously so she knew she was making the correct decision by appointing Stepping Stones for this mammoth task.

We arrived on site on a warm October's day. We assessed the task with our site forman and a plan was put into place.These palm trees are known to be a favorite home for rodents and this tree was infested , this job was tougher than expected.
