One of our latest projects in Simbithi Estate for the Whittakers. Polished concrete thoughout most of the home, bespoke pavers in courtyard and pool surround and then a beautiful spiral staircase and not shown here a glass balustrade in the void upstairs.

Installation completed last week some before pictures and after. Paving was removed from entire yard, replaced with exposed concrete and a polished patio area. We added much needed drains around the yard and cleaned up some damaged subsided ground works.

One of our older projects at Linc Church Ballito. CGS Structures did the polished concrete only but we do prefer to lay the concrete ourselves giving piece of mind and a solid guarantee but we are flexible.

So privileged to have done the polished concrete entrance stairs and pond surrounds. We also did polished concrete counter in entertainment area. Quartz stone was installed around the pool area in this home!

The fire pit was bespoke in polished concrete panels

Not finished on this yet but really excited about the off-shutter at a home in Cotswold Downs Hillcrest

Attention to detail is the key with this CGS Structures Off-shutter concrete.

Off-shutter can be done in plain panels as seen here or on a full wall, in a grid system with or without the holes.
