Titus Automation/Electrical is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Electrical Technician, located in East London. The Junior Electrical Technician will be responsible for programming PLC systems, troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment, conducting regular electrical maintenance, and ensuring all electrical engineering tasks are carried out efficiently. Daily tasks will include programming of PLCs and HMIs, inspecting electrical components, diagnosing electrical problems, and repairing malfunctioning electrical equipment.

Qualifications:
- General Knowledge of programming of PLC and HMIs (Siemens and Rockwell)
- Expertise in Troubleshooting electrical systems
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering tasks and activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a bonus

Our page may have been quiet, but we have been very busy in our workshop with many different projects. Take a look at a project that we did for a client

We designed and manufactured an Automatic Infeed Adhesive Spray Booth for automated adhesive glue application.
Swappable tools were created to fit onto the automated overlapping infeed tables, allowing for loading of new parts whilst parts are being sprayed.

The two tables were each split in half, allowing for the use of either one large or two small tools on each table. This allows for up to 4 different products to be run at once.

This model can store up to 15 variants with recipes configurable via the HMI. In partnership with Puchs Engineering and Invent Engineering
