We had the privilege of revamping the patio and swimming pool area with Smartstone product, giving these outdoor spaces a fresh new lease on life.

The end result speaks for itself, but what made this project truly memorable was the incredible hospitality of the farm owners. Their warmth, kindness and appreciation made it an absolute pleasure to work here.

What a privilege it is to create landscaping on an iconic Free State farm in the Philippolis district.
We are going to savor every moment surrounded by nature, endless skies, and the beauty of the land.

The peaceful dirt roads, the timeless old farm equipment, the livestock grazing in the fields, and the vast open landscapes remind us just how special the Free State truly is.

Proud to showcase this recently completed project at Roberts Plaas – Hook and Barrel Lodge, a hunting farm where the landscape was designed to complement the raw beauty of its surroundings next to the Vanderkloof Dam

From the rolling terrain to the glamping tents, every element was carefully considered to create a seamless connection between architecture and nature.

The goal was simple:
Enhance the environment without overpowering it.

A diverse palette of plants was sourced from across South Africa — Cactus from Queenstown, Aloes from Mpumalanga, trees from Gauteng, and wild ornamental grasses collected on-site to preserve the natural character of the landscape.

The result speaks for itself — a calm, natural space that feels like it has always been there.
