Transforming Wastewater Infrastructure | Eden Pumpstation Upgrade Completed
We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Eden Pumpstation Upgrade Project for George Municipality — a milestone that strengthens critical wastewater infrastructure and supports long-term service delivery for the region.
This project delivered a fully modernised, high-performance pumpstation, designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance reliability, and meet stringent environmental and engineering standards.
From groundworks to advanced automation, the upgrade represents a comprehensive infrastructure solution built for resilience and future demand.
Key Deliverables
✔️ Complete site clearance, demolition, and bulk earthworks
✔️ New inlet works with screening, grit removal, and flow measurement systems
✔️ Reinforced concrete emergency storage tank and sump
✔️ Installation of bulk sewer pipelines, manholes, internal pipework, and overflow pipeline to the Kat River
✔️ Diesel storage facility with leak detection and groundwater monitoring
✔️ Rising mains with valve chambers
✔️ Road reinstatement, including new access roads and parking areas
Mechanical & Electrical Enhancements
