Kathu, Northern Cape - nearing the finish line.

When we first arrived on site, it was clear the property needed proper attention. Some areas were worn out, others had been left too long without maintenance. Nothing unusual, but it needed the right approach.

Our project manager (Mr. Mosese Sello) led the process from the start, making sure every section was planned and handled correctly. Maintenance work is not just about fixing what you see, it’s about managing the whole process properly so nothing is missed.

We worked together with our trusted subcontractors:
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Painting
• Tiling
• Many more.

Each team focused on their part, making sure the work was done right the first time.

Step by step, the property began to change. Damaged areas were repaired, finishes improved, and the overall condition brought back to a solid standard.

Now, as we near completion, you can see the difference. The space feels maintained, reliable, and ready to be used again without worry.
