This course will train you how to make a traditional thin base Napels style pizza…
A real traditional wood fire pizza oven is used for training
You will learn the following in your one day pizza making course:
1) Start your fire in the pizza oven and control your temperature
2) Make your pizza dough from scratch
3) How to roll out your dough and how to pick it up with your pizza spade. THIS IS A SKILL THAT YOU HAVE TO LEARN FOR THE INTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY
4) How to make a tramazini
5) How to make calzones
6) How to make different topping pizza’s…
