**Job Title:** Sales Representative - Waste and Scrap Metal industry

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Representative specializing in Hazardous Waste, general waste and Ferous and Non Ferous Scrap Metal to join our East Rand team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Identify waste and scrap metal generators.
• Learn how to identify between different grades of waste and scrap.
• Familiarise yourself with market related values and prizing of the above materials
• ⁠Identify the needs of potential clients and offer our services at a competitive rate in order to secure long and prosperous relationships with your clients.
• Collaborate with management to develop sale strategies and ex*****on there of.
• Prepare and present sales proposals containing scope of work and prizing schedules to clients.
• ⁠ Constantly provide an excellent customer service and grow client base.

**Requirements:**
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the waste management or scrap metal industry.
• In-depth knowledge of waste management processes, recycling methods, and scrap metal commodities.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• ⁠Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Computer literacy essential to qualify
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• ⁠Clean criminal record
