This new warehouse is located on Chain Avenue in Montague Gardens.
The warehouse comprises of :
- 6574 m2 of warehouse area.
- 311 m2 of AAA grade office space.
- 155 m2 mezzanine level

An extremely tight project program left no room for error.
Southern Cross Electrical were able to deliver on time, thanks to the dedication of our site and office staff. The construction industry can be unforgiving at times, but we look back with satisfaction knowing that we've been able to deliver a premium service.
