'n Goed gevestigde opknapping en eiendomsinstandhouding onderneming is op soek na 'n ervare en bekwame spesialis en verkoopskonsultant om by ons waterdigting en dak afdeling aan te sluit.

Kandidaat moet minstens 8 jaar ervaring in die veld hê en vertroud wees met alle soorte waterdigting en bekwaam wees in lek opsporing met uitgebreide dak kennis. Ondervinding in ander konstruksie velde soos verf sal voordelig wees.


Minimum vereistes:

Moet in Noordelike voorstede woon
8 jaar ondervinding in waterdigting en dak bedyf
Matriek
Tenvolle bekwaam met Excell en Word
Bestuurs lisensie
Eie betroubare vervoer
Slimfoon

Verantwoordelikhede:
Opvolg en bestuur van leidrade wat deur die maatskappy voorsien word
Konsultasie met kliënte of agente
Bepaling van omvang van die werk
Ontwerp oplossings, doen koste berekening en stel 'n kwotasie op
Bestuur van installasies met kliënte en installasie spanne.

Aanvang salaris R12 000 tot R18 000 afhangende van ervaring en sal na 3 maande hersien word.

Kommissie potensiaal is ongeveer R5 000 tot R 20 000 per maand.

Well established renovations and property maintenance company is looking for an experienced and competent specifier and sales consultant to join our roofing and waterproofing division.

Candidate must have minimum 8 years experience in the field and be familiar with all types of waterproofing systems and be competent in leak detection with extensive roofing knowledge. Experience in other construction fields and painting will be an advantage.

Minimum Requirements.
Moet tenvolle tweetalig wees
Must reside in Northern Suburbs
8 years experience in waterproofing and roofing industry
Matric
Fully Competent with Excell and Word
Drivers licence
Own reliable transport
Smart Phone

Responsibilities:
Following up and managing leads supplied by company
Consulting with clients or agents
Determining scope of work
Design a solution, do costing and compile quote
Liaising and managing installations with clients & installation teams.
Starting salary R12 000 to R18 000 depending on experience and to be reviewed after 3 months.
Commission potential is around R4 000 to R 15 000 per month
