We’ve just wrapped up the Atlantic Hills Cold Storage project, and we’re excited to announce that we’re already moving on to our next project - HFG Atlantic Hills.
HFG Atlantic Hills is a three-unit, 20 000m² development, located on one of the last remaining open sites in Atlantic Hills.

A new site. A new challenge. A new opportunity to create something we can be proud of.

We’re proud to announce the commencement of yet another project at the River Quarter precinct. Currently, we are busy with 2 projects in the precinct, having already completed the Food Lovers Market and Builders Warehouse.

Atlantic Hills Cold Storage – Officially Handed Over! ❄️

After 10 months of hard work, planning, and teamwork, we're proud to have successfully handed over the Atlantic Hills Cold Storage project, delivered on time and built to operate at -23°C.

This project was about more than just meeting deadlines. It was about working closely with our client, understanding their operational needs, and delivering a facility that meets their requirements. Being trusted to work with Atlantic Hills Cold Storage for a second time made this project even more rewarding.

A big thank you to everyone who played a part in making this project a success. From our site teams and subcontractors to the client, suppliers, and consultants, your commitment and hard work made all the difference.

Well done to everyone involved. Another successful project completed, and onto the next! 👏

Always great to see the progress on a project like this.

While the extension at Woolworths Richmond Corner is not yet fully completed, we have reached a significant milestone by completing the building to a stage that has allowed Woolworths to take partial occupation of their new store and begin operating within the extension area.

Working in a live retail environment is never without its challenges. Careful planning, coordination, and flexibility are required to ensure construction progresses while the store continues serving customers.

Our goal throughout the project has been to make the construction process as seamless as possible for both the client and their customers, allowing operations to continue with minimal interruption.

This video shows the transformation from where we started to where we are today. We're not quite at the finish line yet, but it's rewarding to see the vision taking shape and the space already being put to use.
