This flat roof had been leaking persistently where the box gutter met the parapet wall. The box gutter overflowed into the house during heavy downpours due to the volume of water it took in.

Our solution:
✅ Flat sheets and purpose-made flashings installed to close off the box gutter completely
✅ Water redirected into the external gutter of the roof structure
✅ Unused air conditioning unit removed to allow for correct torch-on waterproofing application
✅ Full waterproofing treatment applied to seal the surface
The result? A roof that finally sheds water the way it should.
