The Rula Roofing team are hard at work in replacing the old asbestos roof on this heritage building in Stellenbosch.

The 1300m2 roof covering is being replaced with Marley Roofing South Africa & Namibia Nutec Slate.

We look forward sharing with you the completed project.

Thatch roof replacement in Tokai. The Rula Roofing team recently completed a 650m2 thatch roof replacement in Tokai. The old thatch was removed in sections, new Spruce T & G ceiling material was installed over the existing rafters. The roof was lined up and insulated with acoustisorb insulation rolls. A new Colorbond Az150 corrugated roof covering material was installed including all new flashings.

Progress update on our current asbestos roof replacement on this apartment block in the heart of Cape Town. The existing asbestos roof covering is being replaced with a new Springlok 700 concealed fixed roof covering in the Colorbond material.

The team recently completed the supply and installation of an gang-nailed in treated . The 30mm over rafter was used as the ceiling finish supplied by Rigifoam & Resichem

The structure was covered with a new concealed fixed roof covering in the profile supplied by Youngman Roofing . Due to the proximity to the ocean the COLORBOND steel AZ200 material was used which is manufactured by BlueScope Australia.

The home owner has been experiencing some serious damp water ingress and it was decided to add cladding to the exterior walls to protect it from the weather
