Our team encountered a challenging assignment yesterday while transporting a patient to Hout Bay following his discharge from The Salvation Army Booth Memorial Hospital. The residential address provided was unclear, and upon arrival, they found the area to be potentially unsafe.
The nurse reported that it appeared one of your officials, as seen in the photograph, had been dispatched. Once they managed to get his attention, he not only provided clear directions but also kindly offered to es**rt them to their destination.
