This one was a classic leak detection case.

Before: A climbing water bill with no visible cause.
After: After careful investigation we found and fixed a leak in a pipe under the floor tiles.

As our team found, sometimes it takes a second test to ensure we find the source of a leak.

Suspect a hidden leak. Entrust our IPA-affiliated technicians to find the leak and get the job done.

A recent client, Johan, gave our team 5 stars and highly recommends for pipe leaks or bursts. Here's what he said.

We were extremely satisfied and actually flabbergasted with the level of service which we received from this company, without being referred to them by any person. We can definitely recommend them if you experience any pipe leaks or bursts.

Finding the fault before anything gets opened.

A client in Thornton called us about a suspect leak. So we started with pressure testing.

Jet line: dropped from 0.27 Bar to 0.10 Bar.
Skimmer line: dropped from 0.42 Bar to 0.13 Bar.
Both lines failing. Two separate problems.

We ran an acoustic sweep and picked up a positive change in frequency behind the jet position. The grass nearby was noticeably greener. (An easy hint)
The skimmer leak was easier. A visible fault at the pump and filter installation. Confirmed with a soap test.
Dye tests on the flanges and pool lighting came back clean.

Two leaks located. No guesswork. Nothing opened unnecessarily. As an NSPI-registered company, this is the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.

Our recommendation:
Excavate behind the jet, repair the line, fix the visible skimmer fault at the pump, then pressure test both again to confirm.

That's how we work.

Mark enjoyed his morning coffee, while staring at the pool.

The water level looked fine. Probably fine. The kids hadn't swum in three weeks so it was hard to tell.

He'd check it in spring.
He said that last autumn too.

ps. Let's do a check before its too late.

How does a leak show up?

A damp smell.
Bubbling paint.
Sometimes a meter that runs when nothing’s running.

These symptoms are clues.
Something needs attention.

If you own any property, you know the feeling.

Tenant messages. "There's damp on the wall" or "the pool level dropped again."
You call a plumber. They look. They're not sure. They open something. The damp comes back.

Three months later you're doing it again.

The problem isn't the plumber. It's that finding a leak requires different tools and a different process than fixing one. We locate the fault first. With pressure testing, acoustic detection, tracer gas, thermal imaging. Whichever combination the job needs.

You get a written report with photos, findings, and clear repair recommendations.
Your plumber knows exactly what to fix, and where.
One visit. One report. No repeat damage.

You opened the garden in three places. Still no pipe.

Underground leaks rarely surface where the pipe has actually failed. Water follows trenches, pipe runs, the path of least resistance and show up somewhere else entirely.

Before we dig, we listen.
A sensitive ground microphone detects the low-frequency vibrations that escaping water creates as it moves through soil and building material.
Vibrations the human ear can't pick up. The equipment traces the signal back to its strongest point.

That's where we dig.
One location. Not three guesses.

The real cost of getting it wrong the first time? Client uncertainty.

When confidence isn’t there, everything slows down. Decisions get delayed, trust drops, and what should be an exciting project starts to feel like a risk.

It’s not just about the build. It’s about how certain your client feels from the start.
