PlumbPatrol PlumbPatrol was established in Cape Town in 1996. The owner, Larry Berger, has been operating in Cape Town in the plumbing industry since 1987.

He is a qualified and licensed plumber with the City of Cape Town water department since 1990. PlumbPatrol specializes in all forms of Plumbing, Leak Detection, Irrigation and Thermal imaging. We have been in the profession since 1987. Larry has been involved with the Institute of Plumbing Western Cape since 2006. He has served as the Vice Chairman of the Institute from 2009 - 2010 and then took t

he post as Chairman from 2010 - 2012. Larry is a PIRB Auditor and is also registered with PIRB. PlumbPatrol is Heat Pump and Solar certified and approved by the City of Cape Town to issue Plumbing Certificates of Compliance.
